I came to my work as a therapist because of my deep compassion for the struggle we experience as humans, curiosity in people, respect for the differences in each of us, and a strong sense of humility for sharing our most complicated life experiences. I view counseling as a holistic process that integrates spiritual, physical and emotional growth at your comfort.

  • Before becoming a full-time counselor, I worked as an artist and graphic designer - that's why I love to incorporate artistic expression into my counseling practice when desired by the client. 

  • I am originally from Buffalo, New York, and have lived in the Jupiter, Florida area since 1991.
